Why A Healthy Gut Is So Important by Karin Nahmani  Why Is A Healthy Gut Is So Important, for that question we need to go back to Hippocrates. Hippocrates was a Greek physician who is considered one of the most outstanding figures in the history of medicine. He is traditionally referred to as the "Father of Medicine”.  Hippocrates said good health starts with your gut, a healthy body start with healthy colon. It is so important to keep our body alive and healthy, especially our colon. The colon is the center of all the garbage, basically. We need to keep and maintain that healthy bacterisa detoxing so our body can actually work and function. It’s very important to have good bacteria like probiotics. Probiotics, Acidophilus Bifida‘s to have all the other system function properly. I will give you an example… Our body needs to be healthy the same way our car wants to run (or be healthy), with tune-ups. Our cars needs be tuned up every three months. Changing the oil, fluids, filters a
